This is almost-7-year old Pooka (she'll turn 7 on the 23rd) and Husaberg, our one-year old puppy boy monster. This pic was taken by her silly dad, Christopher. I call her Pooka, he calls her Prooka.
These 2 together is just double lethal but extra, extra sweet!

Well-lighted home.
I've always loved this house! This is the brightest it's ever looked. Usually, it looks as gloomy as a castle in England, and just as interesting.

Kittens at the Shelter
One of our favorite pastimes (me and the kids') is to go visit animal shelters, just for the heck of it. We go about 2-3 times a month, just take that exit when the idea hits us. This time we fell in love with these 2 kitty sisters. So cute. Almost took them home...
